Clayton R. Henson

Clayton Henson practices intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent litigation. He received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law where he served as an editor for the San Diego International Law Journal. Prior to his legal education, Clayton attended Auburn University where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business, Engineering, & Technology.

Clayton worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2015 and joined the firm in 2016.
